Terms & Conditions :
1. Minimum driver's age: 18 years.
2. Owning a valid international driver's license from the renter residence country and Indonesia Driving License.
3 For renter who do not have a license and if the police stop, the renter will be fully responsible for the costs incurred.
4. Rental rate is for 12 hours and extra hours will be charge to the renter per hour.
5. The renter take full responsibility for all costs incurred to the cost of incident of the lost of the motorbike parts
6. In case of the lost or someone stole a motorbike rented by the renter, the renter fully by compensation to the amount of cost USD.15.000.
7. The renter will be full responsibility to any consequence caused by letting or giving the motorbike to be driving by a person other than then renter.
8. In the case of a flat tire, the renter are fully responsibility for the cost of repairs
9. Cancellation booking :
- We accept any cancellation requests of any order at any time.
- Should you cancel your order, please send us an email with your order information.
- No later than 3 days before the pickup date: Full refund
- Within 3 to 1 days before the pickup date: 50% refund
- Less than 1 days until the pickup date: No refund.
Important
10. The renter it is not permitted to drive motor bike to go outside of island without approval of rental company.
