1. The renter receive the motorbike in good condition

2. Driving license is required to rent motorbike, and the renter is not permitted to drive the motorbike outside of Bali Island

3. The renter take full responsibilities for all cost incurred due to the flat tire, lowbattery, lost key, accident, or the lost of motorbike’s parts

4. In case of lost or someone steal the rented motorbike, the renter is fully responsible to pay compensation according to market price

5. The renter is fully responsible for all the consequences of giving the motorbike to be driven by other person

6. The cancellation fee is 50%
